1. Membership
Subarna Bikers is a community of bikers. Once you register and an admin approves you, you can join tours, events and other activities as a member. By registering you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Giving correct information
You must give true and correct details when you register — name, mobile, email, address, blood group and emergency contact. Wrong or someone else's details can lead to your membership being cancelled. If anything changes, update it in your profile.
3. Safe riding and behaviour
- A helmet is compulsory on every ride. Gloves, a jacket and other protective gear are strongly advised.
- Obey the country's traffic laws and carry a valid driving licence and your bike's papers.
- Riding after drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden.
- On group rides follow the ride leader. No racing, reckless overtaking or behaviour that puts others at risk.
- Treat other members and the public with respect. Abusive language, harassment or hateful posts and reviews are not accepted.
4. Joining tours and events
You take part in tours and events at your own risk and you understand the risks of riding a motorcycle. Organisers may refuse or remove anyone for safety reasons. Where seats are limited, those who joined first get priority.
5. Fees and payments
Registration, tour and event fees and any other amounts are paid in the way the admins set. You receive a receipt once a payment is received. If the organiser cancels a tour or event, the fee is refunded; if you cancel yourself, a refund is at the admins' discretion.
6. Privacy and use of your data
- Your details are used only to run the community. We do not sell them or give them to third parties.
- The public biker directory shows only your name, photo, district and bike model — and only if you agreed at registration. Your mobile number, address, blood group, licence and emergency contact are never shown publicly.
- No admin can open or change your private profile from the admin panel; you manage it yourself.
- You can change your choice about appearing in the public directory at any time from your profile.
7. Photos and videos
Photos or videos taken on tours and events may be published on the community website and social media. If you object, tell us and we will remove them within a reasonable time.
8. Suspension or cancellation
Admins may suspend or cancel your membership if you break these terms, put another member's safety or dignity at risk, or give false information.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when needed. Important changes will be announced on the website. Taking part after an update means you accept the new terms.
